One of the criticisms that were levelled at the new WordPress 2.7 admin design was that the vertical menu could quite easily create vertical scrolling, when it was intended to remove it. Kaspars wrote about vertical scrolling back in October to illustrate.
Today’s Monday poll is to find out just how many extras settings pages everyone has so we can figure out whether this actually is a problem or not. Vertical scrolling isn’t a problem form me, but I only have five extra settings pages.

A large screen is certainly useful, I use a 960px height myself, and I find that I am close to having scroll more than ideal.

I can't imagine why I would even want 28 plugins Kaspars. I have 9 and that seems a little more than I would ideally like. Have you published a list of these anywhere?

I have 28, Andrew. Luckily 900px of screen height with maximized browser window is just about enough to fit in that amount of links in the drop-right menu.

I'd never thought about this before. I use a 1280px high screen so this type of problem doesn't usually affect me.
